Permanent Residency

Permanent Residency applications can be long and complex, with a number of different potential problems that can arise. I help clients navigate the process, whether for family reunification through sponsorship applications, or economic cases such as the Express Entry program and provincial nominations.

Notarizing

I am an appointed Notary Public in the province of Ontario, which authorizes me to witness your signature on affidavits, administer oaths, and certify true copies of many kinds of legal documents that you sign. These are required for many kinds of government applications and private legal matters.

Temporary Residency

Visiting Canada temporarily as a tourist, student, or worker requires the appropriate permits, which often have significant hurdles to overcome for approval. I have experience on all types of applications, and have helped many clients with success in their temporary visit goals.
